Our Work:
ROI Restaurant Consulting was hired as the lead training team for Fresh Kitchen, working to ensure a seamless opening process for several new locations. Our role focused on training all staff, setting operational standards, and ensuring that the Fresh Kitchen brand’s values and high-quality service were maintained at each new store.
Training Program Development:
ROI designed and executed a comprehensive training program tailored to Fresh Kitchen’s unique concept. This included detailed modules on food preparation, customer service standards, and operational procedures. We trained both front-of-house and kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in guest interactions and food quality across all new locations.
New Store Opening Support:
For each store opening, ROI provided on-site support during the critical first few weeks, ensuring that the team was well-prepared to manage the opening rush and operate smoothly. This hands-on approach helped reduce any operational disruptions and ensured that staff were confident and efficient.
