ROI Exclusive Restaurant Turnaround
A real restaurant turnaround. No consulting fees. Full transparency.

We are launching a limited Restaurant Turnaround Pilot Program, with a preference for restaurants in the Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk areas. Restaurants outside the local area are welcome to apply; however, travel and lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the participating restaurant.

This is not advice. This is hands-on operational leadership.

For selected restaurants, the turnaround service itself is provided at no cost. In exchange, the entire process is documented and may be shared publicly across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and other media channels.

This program is invite-only and highly selective.
What this Program is (and what it is not)
This Is
-
A real, boots-on-the-ground restaurant turnaround
-
Hands-on operational leadership and execution
-
Clear systems, accountability, and structure
-
A documented journey—from problem to progress
This is NOT
-
Coaching from the sidelines
-
Free advice or brainstorming sessions
-
A guarantee of success without effort
-
A fit for owners unwilling to change
If you’re looking for someone to “take a look and give ideas,” this is not the program.
What Participating Restaurants Receive

Selected restaurants will receive hands-on support that may include:

-
Full operational assessment (FOH, BOH, labor, systems)
-
Menu evaluation and simplification
-
Staffing structure and leadership alignment
-
Cost control and margin improvement strategies
-
Vendor and purchasing review
-
On-site execution and accountability
-
Short-term stabilization with long-term systems in mind

There are no consulting fees for the services provided under this pilot.

What We Receive in Return

Participation in this program requires full agreement to documentation and content use.
This includes:

-
Video and audio recording of the process
-
Behind-the-scenes access to operations
-
Permission to publish content publicly
-
No compensation or revenue share tied to content performance

The purpose is education, transparency, and showing what real operational change looks like—not polished marketing stories.
