Additionally, we integrated lighter options and grab-and-go items to meet the needs of golfers looking for a quick yet satisfying meal.

Service & Staff Culture Improvement:
A key aspect of our work was developing a strong service culture to complement the venue's casual yet refined atmosphere. ROI provided targeted training to improve customer service skills, including how to engage with guests on the golf course and in the dining area.
