Commercial Kitchen Design:
ROI designed and implemented a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen to efficiently service the Sugar Hollow Retreat. This included planning the layout, sourcing equipment, and ensuring the kitchen met the demands of a high-capacity retreat venue.
Fast-Casual Café Start-Up:
ROI developed the Sugar Hollow Café, a fast-casual concept attached to the commercial kitchen. From concept creation and branding to menu design and operational planning, we built the café to complement the retreat while standing out as a destination of its own.
Menu Development:
