ROI conducted a detailed analysis of the restaurant’s food costs, identifying areas where waste reduction and portion control could be improved. We implemented a revised inventory management system, focused on maximizing ingredient utilization, and optimized menu pricing to enhance profit margins without compromising on the quality that Sweetberry Bowls is known for.
